Refund Policy
1. General conditions:
At Adrenaline Rides, we strive to provide the best experience on our electric scooter tour.
We understand that unforeseen events may arise, so we offer refund options under certain conditions.

2. Cancellations and refunds:
- Cancellation with more than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the payment will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: No refunds will be issued.
3. Refunds due to Weather Conditions or Force Majeure:
If the tour must be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, we offer two options:
- Reschedule the tour at no additional cost.
- 100% refund of the payment.
4. Reservation Modifications:
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Only one modification per reservation is allowed at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of request approval.
- The refund will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase (Izipay, Paypal, Zelle).
- The refund time may vary depending on the bank.
